RIDER'S INN SINCE 1812

"There is something about this building that my soul recognizes."

Rider's Inn, originally constructed by Joseph Ryder as a stagecoach stop along the Oregon Trail, has served as a safe haven for all who have been lucky enough to stand in its presence. It served as a stop on the Underground Railroad and later transformed into a speakeasy during the prohibition era. Walking through the walls of the inn, you walk through history vastly untouched by the outside world. You walk among former occupants, including Rider's wife Suzanne, who occasionally emerge from the background. It is widely regarded as one of the most haunted locations in Ohio.

"History is repeating itself minute by minute, not hour by hour"
